Lord and Lady Nicholas Windsor are patrons of PACT Educational Trust and have supported the work of the trust for several years.
Lord Nicholas Charles Edward Jonathan Windsor is the youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Kent, a great-grandson of King George V and is first cousin once removed of Queen Elizabeth II. Lady Nicholas Windsor, his wife, was born Princess Dona Paola Doimi de Lupis de Frankopan Šubic Zrinski, they live in Rome with their 3 children Albert, Leopold and Louis.
In April 2015, Lord and Lady Nicholas hosted The Circus Ball at Kensington Palace as the start of the BroadOak Bursary Fund. The fund aims to support many 3-18 year olds so that they are able to access the best in a personalised, character based education.
In November 2015, Lady Nicholas Windsor visited The Laurels School in Clapham Park. She spent the morning talking to Chair of Governors, Mrs Ella Leonard and to the Headmistress of The Laurels, Mrs Linda Sanders and also to the staff and pupils of the school. She took particular interest in the Roman Villa projects and Character Developement lessons and expressed her pleasure in seeing the progress the school has made since it opened in 2013.
There is a fundraising ball planned for May 2017.
